Warranty Policy

Most products sold by MST carry manufacturer or MST-backed warranty support on eligible items. Warranty terms vary by brand and product category.

Standard Coverage

Warranty typically covers manufacturing defects under normal use for the period listed on the product page and your invoice. Inverters commonly carry 3–5 year warranties (extendable on select brands); lithium batteries commonly carry 10-year warranties.

What's Not Covered

• Damage from incorrect installation or wiring
• Damage from power surges beyond rated tolerance
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage

Making a Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact MST support with your order number/invoice and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through diagnosis and next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or manufacturer coordination.
